Terms of Service

These terms of service apply to all quotes, assignments and agreements between Zevora and its clients.
Quotes and offers
All quotes from Zevora are non-binding and based on the information provided by the client. Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Deposit
Upon accepting a quote, a deposit of 20% of the quoted amount is required to start the project. This deposit is fully refundable as long as work has not yet begun, no reason required from the client. The remaining 80% is invoiced upon delivery of the project.
Delivery time
Zevora aims to deliver within the agreed timeframe, typically within 4 weeks after agreement and receipt of required materials. This timeframe is indicative and may vary for larger or more complex projects.
Ownership and intellectual property
Upon full payment, ownership of the source code and delivered files transfers to the client, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Liability
Zevora makes every effort to carry out its services with care, but accepts no liability for indirect damages, consequential damages, or damages resulting from incorrect information supplied by the client.
Changes
Zevora may update these terms from time to time. The most current version can always be found on this page.
